GW_Smart_Welding
The software can automatically adapt welding parameters to suit various types of weld seams encountered in shipbuilding and steel structure applications. Operators only need to manually input basic parameters such as plate thickness, weld seam type, and welding process. The system then autonomously generates key welding parameters—including welding speed, current, and voltage—eliminating the need for manual configuration. For multi-layer multi-pass welding processes, the software also automatically performs trajectory planning and parameter configuration based on the weld groove type.
